Thank you so much for your interest. We are so happy you have decided to apply to our learning pods for this upcoming year 2024-2025 school year. Please keep in mind that the application fee is per child. During the check-out process, please add your child(ren)’s full name, age and grade in the notes section.

The 2024-2025 Admission Process is Now Open!

Follow the admission steps below to enroll. All paperwork and payments must be submitted to secure and hold your child’s seat for the upcoming year. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  1. REQUEST A TOUR:
    We would love to meet your family in person and provide you with a tour of our learning space. During this time, you can meet our staff and learn more about our mission and vision at PLAY. We also encourage prospective students to shadow for a day. If you are interested in a tour, complete the interest form or request more information by email at hello@playschoolacademy.com
  2. APPLICATION:
    Complete the online application and pay the $100 non-refundable application fee by June 15, 2024.
  3. BE PART OF PLAY FOR A DAY:
    Your child will visit our center and participate in classes and activities, giving them a sense of how the school operates. Once an application has been received, one of our members will contact you to schedule the visit and collect a $75 non-refundable shadow day fee. A diagnostic test is available upon request at an additional cost. Shadow day runs from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm during our center’s operating hours. Learner should bring snacks, a refillable water bottle, and lunch.
  4. FOLLOW-UP:
    Our administrator will meet with the prospective family to discuss the Shadow Day experience, the diagnostics results if applicable and if it is determined by both parties that our programs will be able to support your educational goals, the family will be invited to formally join PLAY K-12!

Step during check-out:

  1. Proceed to check out. Please enter the learners’ full names and grades in the “NOTES” box during check-out.
  2. If you are a scholarship recipient, please enter code “EMA-PEP” or “EMA-UA”, depending on the type of scholarship your child has been awarded. (Funds must be reserved withing 24 hours after processing this check-out)
  3. After checking out, you will be redirected to our registration form provided by our school management software ProCare.  If for any reason the site is not redirected to ProCare, the registration link will be in the “Order Email Confirmation” sent during check-out. Please complete and submit the forms at your earliest convenience.

 

How to Reserve EMA Funds:

  1. Sign in to your EMA account
  2. Go to the Marketplace and search for “PLAY K-12”
  3. Choose the location
  4. Pick your services and add then to the cart
  5. Proceed to check out and let us know as soon as you have reserved your fund.
