Agreement to Terms

By purchasing educational services and programs (“Services”) from playschoolacademy.com (“Website”), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SolutionED LLC/PLAY School Academy K-12 (“Company”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Services and Programs

The Company offers various educational and wellness services and programs through the Website, including but not limited to learning pod, tutoring, enrichment programs, events, workshops, and classes.

Ordering and Payment

3.1 Ordering Process: To purchase Services, you must follow the ordering process on the Website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected Services.

3.2 Payment: Payment for Services is processed via Square, our secure payment gateway. The payment receipt will show “PLAY School Academy K-12 or SolutionED LLC.”

Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Refund Policy: Tuition, registrations, and fees for any of our educational and wellness programs, events, classes and other services are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellations: For tutoring, events or special classes, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event/class for future credit towards another class.

Makeup Classes

If a class is eligible for makeup, only one (1) makeup class is allowed per month, with an expiration of 60 days after the missed class.

Class Size

Classes and sessions have a limited capacity of eight to twelve (8-12) participants.

Schedule Changes

The schedule for classes and sessions may be subject to change without prior notice.

Registration and Documentation

Registration is considered complete only when all required documentation has been filled out and submitted, and a confirmation of payment has been received.

Service Cancellation

If a parent wishes to cancel any services, they must request cancellation via email to hello@playschoolacademy.com with at least 30 days’ notice. Failure to provide prior notice may result in a penalty fee. The parent/guardian acknowledges responsibility to notify SolutionED and/or PLAY School Academy K-12 30 days in advance and understands they are still responsible for that month’s tuition.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Broward County in the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Broward County.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
