Registration & Waiver
All Participants’ Expectations:
- Everyone registered is expected to participate in a PLAY School Academy K-12 and its affiliated partner’s program. They should be prepared to have FUN. Please dress them comfortably!
- Learners may not be actively participating but watching the instructor and their peers.
- Our programs aim to foster the love and passion for learning through joyful participation.
- If you or your child(ren) are sick (vomiting, fever, runny nose, diarrhea) please stay and keep them at home!
- Videos and Photos are allowed upon agreement among participants.
Terms and Conditions:
Programs and Class fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be within 24 hours prior to the class for future credit to another class.
Some of the programs do not have makeup classes. If your class is eligible for makeup, there is only one (1) makeup per month with an expiration of 60 days after the missed class.
Space is limited to eight to twelve (8-12) participants per class/session.
The schedule can be subject to change without previous notice.
Registration is not complete until a confirmation of payment has been received.
